Refund Policy

At Al-Oula Distinguished, we aim to deliver the highest quality of services. Please review our refund policy:

1. Consultancy Services

Fees are fully refundable if the request is cancelled before the actual commencement of the consultancy. If work has started, fees for completed hours will be deducted.

2. Technical Solutions & Software

For digital products and licenses, refunds are not possible once the activation code is delivered or the system is installed, due to the nature of digital goods.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via our official email info@audmc.com within 7 days of the payment date, stating the reason for the request.

4. Processing Time

Approved requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days, and the amount is returned via the same original payment method.
